What you'll do

As a Software Engineer in the Continuous Product Delivery team at Rubrik, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-performance software applications. You will collaborate closely with the core engineering team, product managers, and support organizations to ensure the stability and effectiveness of our on-premise data backup and management offerings. Your responsibilities will include understanding our product and engineering architecture, particularly our distributed job framework and metadata store.

You will be tasked with writing clean, efficient code in C++ while also leveraging your knowledge of Python and Scala to enhance our software solutions. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, as you focus on delivering long-term stability and satisfaction. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
