What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Rubrik Agent Cloud team, you will design and implement distributed systems that connect AI agents with identities and data, providing enterprises with real-time insights into agent activities. You will build governance and security frameworks that detect and prevent risky behaviors, ensuring that AI agents operate within defined parameters.

Your role will involve developing the infrastructure necessary for agent observability, including streaming telemetry and behavioral analytics across thousands of agents. You will engineer scalable and resilient AI platforms that can handle millions of agent decisions daily, focusing on low latency and high reliability.

You will also design and operate real-time enforcement systems that facilitate the safe deployment of AI agents in enterprise environments. Your work will contribute to creating intelligent feedback and evaluation systems that continuously improve the trustworthiness of AI agents, ensuring they meet organizational standards and compliance requirements.
