What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager, you will build and lead a talented team responsible for launching and scaling Rulaβs next generation of product verticals. You will oversee the design, build, and scaling of new user experiences, ensuring that the engineering team delivers high-quality, reliable systems. You will collaborate closely with product and design partners to align engineering efforts with business goals. Your role will involve setting clear expectations for your team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and providing mentorship to help engineers reach their full potential.
