What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager, you will build and lead a talented team responsible for launching and scaling Rula’s next generation of product verticals. You will oversee the design, build, and scaling of new user experiences, ensuring that the engineering team delivers high-quality, reliable systems. You will collaborate closely with product and design partners to align engineering efforts with business goals. Your role will involve setting clear expectations for your team, conducting regular one-on-ones, and providing mentorship to help engineers reach their full potential.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity within your team, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued. You will participate in initiatives that celebrate employee identity and lived experiences, contributing to a sense of community and belonging.
