What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Provider Experience at Rula, you will own the systems and workflows that enhance the clinician experience. Your primary goal is to simplify administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and case management, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional care. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop solutions that reduce burnout and improve clinical outcomes. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights from clinicians, ensuring that product features align with their needs and pain points. Your role will involve defining success metrics and tracking product performance, making adjustments based on user feedback and data analysis. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing to the overall vision and direction of Rula's product offerings. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, driving impactful changes in mental healthcare delivery.
