Who you are

You are a junior Customer Success Engineer with up to 3 years of experience in a technical support or customer success role. You possess a strong understanding of AI and cybersecurity principles, enabling you to effectively assist customers in maximizing the value of the SAFE platform. You are a problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with global teams across the US, UK, and India. You value transparency and accountability, aligning your goals with the mission of SAFE Security to build CyberAGI. You are eager to learn and grow in a culture that prioritizes continuous improvement and employee empowerment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers and ensuring they have a smooth experience with the SAFE platform. You will troubleshoot technical issues and advocate for customer needs, ensuring they derive maximum value from our AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the customer support experience, contributing to the development of AI-supported operations and workflow automation. Your role will involve actively participating in customer feedback sessions to help shape the evolution of our services. You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and cybersecurity, applying this knowledge to improve customer interactions.
