You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively address customer inquiries and provide resolutions with precision. You are comfortable handling inbound sales inquiries and are eager to assist potential customers in navigating their options.
What you'll do
In this role, you will perform detailed research of account history to provide accurate customer resolutions. You will keep up-to-date with policy, product, and procedural changes to ensure that you can provide the most accurate information to producers, consumers, and policyholders. Your responsibilities will include addressing inbound earthquake sales inquiries and collecting necessary property and payment information to process quotes using the rating software. You will monitor call queues and manage your daily responsibilities to consistently support performance goals and objectives.
As you acclimate to the position, you will gain an in-depth understanding of all companies and product lines, including underwriting guidelines and processes. This knowledge will empower you to assist customers effectively and contribute to the overall success of the business. You will work closely with your team to foster a culture of collaboration and support, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
