What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as a critical touchpoint between Tempus and its provider, care team, and pathology customers. You will manage client interactions through phone and email communications, demonstrating a positive and professional image. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic outreach to ensure customers have the supplies and information needed to successfully order tests and interpret results.
You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide critical information about Tempus services, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care and attention. Your role will be essential in fostering a customer service culture rooted in servant-based leadership, where the needs of customers and patients come first.
