Who you are

You have a strong background in design, with experience leading end-to-end design efforts that include discovery, ideation, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design. You are skilled in user research and can plan and run studies with cross-functional teammates. You understand the importance of balancing innovation with consistency and scalability, contributing new patterns and components to existing product architectures when needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping how insurance experts work by designing software that supports clarity and efficiency. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to drive discovery, research, and product design from problem definition through delivery. Your influence will extend across initiatives, helping to advance how design functions within SageSure.
