Salient is hiring a Customer Success Manager to help enterprise clients maximize value from their AI platform. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and identifying expansion opportunities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors. Your experience includes managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from the products and services offered. You excel in building relationships and are seen as a trusted advisor by your clients, helping them navigate complex deployments and identify opportunities for growth.
You are skilled in analyzing performance metrics and usage trends, using this data to drive adoption and improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in any organization. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are energized by the challenge of scaling customer success initiatives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a portfolio of 10-15 mid-market auto lenders, acting as their primary contact and internal advocate. You will run weekly business reviews to discuss AI performance, usage trends, and ROI, ensuring that your clients are fully engaged with the platform. Your responsibilities will include driving adoption by training teams, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring full product usage.
You will identify and close expansion opportunities, surfacing valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams to enhance the platform. Additionally, you will coordinate beta testing and create ROI calculators and executive briefings to support your clients' needs. Your role will be pivotal in helping Salient expand its customer base and enhance its offerings in the financial services sector.
