You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the fintech industry. You are enthusiastic about embedded finance and understand the nuances of client engagement and satisfaction. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to advocate for client needs effectively within the organization. You thrive in a cross-functional environment and enjoy collaborating with various teams to enhance client experiences. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them to maintain healthy client relationships. You are entrepreneurial in spirit, eager to contribute to building a successful company from the ground up.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Unit, you will provide strategic consulting to clients on implementing their embedded finance products and bringing them to market. You will build and manage multiple client relationships post-onboarding, proactively engaging with key contacts to ensure their needs are met. You will track any issues to resolution and maintain a deep understanding of the health of each relationship. You will advocate for client needs to the internal Unit organization, working cross-functionally with Product and other teams to enhance the client experience. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling additional features and ensuring clients leverage the full potential of Unit's offerings.
