What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for our clients, ensuring that their specific needs are met with precision. You will work closely with customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the engineering team. Your role will involve building new features in collaboration with clients, ensuring that our Voice AI Agent solution is effectively integrated into their operations.

You will be responsible for managing high-stakes customer engagements, which will require you to be proactive in identifying potential challenges and addressing them before they escalate. Your ability to work under pressure and deliver results will be crucial as you help clients navigate the complexities of AI implementation in regulated industries.
