Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to mid-sized customers. Your experience includes engaging with executives and CXOs, navigating complex sales processes, and managing multiple stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact through technology. You understand the importance of the Internet of Things (IoT) in transforming industries and are eager to help customers harness this technology for their operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with mid-sized customers in the public sector. You will identify opportunities to introduce Samsara's IoT solutions, focusing on how they can improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in their operations. You will conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the value of our offerings. Your sales efforts will typically involve negotiations on contracts ranging from $20k to $250k, requiring you to engage with various stakeholders throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive successful implementations of our solutions.
