You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using digital tools to manage invoicing processes. You are proactive in reminding customers about due payments and are adept at handling adjustments such as credit memos and returns. You are eager to contribute to a team that plays a crucial role in the financial operations of a growing company.
What you'll do
As an Invoicing Analyst at Samsara, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. You will ensure that customers receive their invoices and account statements promptly, while also providing assistance in understanding their billing details through various channels. Your role will involve processing credits related to subsidies, partner rebates, refunds, or concessions, ensuring that all adjustments are handled efficiently. You will collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of customer service and support the overall financial operations of the company.
