What you'll do

As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and deployment of Workday functionality within Samsara. You will work closely with key stakeholders to implement streamlined operations processes that enhance the efficiency of the People Team. Your responsibilities will include analyzing current HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and recommending best practices for leveraging Workday capabilities.

You will lead initiatives to optimize the use of Workday, ensuring that the system meets the evolving needs of the organization. This will involve collaborating with HR and business leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes that improve user experience and operational efficiency. You will also provide training and support to users, helping them navigate the Workday system effectively.

In addition, you will stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on existing processes and recommending upgrades as necessary.
