You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying trends that can impact workforce efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and refining detailed capacity models that translate strategic business plans into actionable workforce forecasts. You will provide regular short-, mid-, and long-term workload projections, taking into account factors such as seasonality and hiring cycles. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring that staffing levels consistently align with business projections.
