What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the CTO and gain a comprehensive understanding of the design and implementation of robotics systems — you will be responsible for managing the Robotics Mechanical team, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will oversee people operations, focusing on team performance and growth, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the engineering department.
You will work closely with principal and staff engineers, providing guidance and support as they tackle complex engineering challenges. Your role will involve regular communication with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables, ensuring that the engineering team is well-equipped to meet the demands of their projects.
