What you'll do

As an Integration Manager at Sardine, you will lead the onboarding process for our fraud and compliance products, ensuring that clients can seamlessly integrate our solutions into their systems. You will manage end-to-end integrations, working closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and translating those into effective solutions. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure that deployments are successful and that clients receive the support they need throughout the process.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration process, providing timely resolutions to ensure client satisfaction. Your hands-on approach will allow you to engage directly with clients, fostering strong relationships and trust. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our integration processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
