What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the integration efforts for Sardineβs fraud prevention and compliance products, working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will manage the end-to-end integration process, collaborating with internal teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the integration process, ensuring that clients are satisfied and that deployments are successful. You will also be responsible for documenting integration processes and providing training to clients as needed. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role.
