Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in talent acquisition and people operations, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. You understand the nuances of recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, and you are passionate about building diverse teams that drive company success. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working with a globally distributed team. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the LATAM market. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies. You are proactive in identifying talent needs and can adapt to the evolving demands of a growing company. You have a knack for creating engaging candidate experiences and understand the importance of employer branding.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for high-impact roles within the LATAM region, focusing primarily on technical positions such as Backend Engineers, QA, Integrations, and AI/ML specialists. You will partner closely with the central Talent & People team to align on recruitment strategies and ensure that the hiring process reflects Sardine's values and culture. You will actively source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing people operations workflows that support the LATAM team. This includes onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with team leaders to identify training and development needs, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to succeed.
As a key member of the Talent & People team, you will contribute to building a strong employer brand in the LATAM market. You will engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and industry events, to promote Sardine as an employer of choice. You will also gather feedback from candidates and new hires to continuously improve the recruitment process and enhance the overall candidate experience.
