You have over 10 years of experience in business development, particularly in the fintech or payments sector, where you've successfully driven growth and established strong client relationships. Your deep understanding of the LATAM market allows you to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in this region. You are adept at analyzing business operations and performance metrics, enabling you to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Your strong communication skills help you collaborate effectively with management and peers across various functions, ensuring alignment and the sharing of best practices.
Desirable
Experience working with cross-border payment solutions or in a B2B environment is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in LATAM markets will enhance your ability to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating incremental revenue will set you apart as a candidate.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the business development efforts for Nium in the LATAM region, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
