What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the build and integration efforts for Saronic's maritime Autonomous Service Vessels. You will work closely with design engineering and production teams to set up products for success as they transition from development to full-rate production. Your focus will be on building high-quality vessels by designing efficient production methods and integrating automation into the assembly process.
You will ensure that all systems, including structures and electronics, are seamlessly assembled and function reliably. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize production workflows and enhance the overall efficiency of the build process. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the integration phase, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
