You are a highly skilled Build Engineering Manager with a proven track record in leading engineering teams. You have experience in coordinating efforts across build and tooling engineering teams, ensuring that products transition smoothly from development to full-rate production. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, driving your team to achieve excellence in maritime technology.
You possess a deep understanding of engineering processes and methodologies, which allows you to effectively manage projects and timelines. You are adept at problem-solving and can navigate complex challenges that arise during the build process. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
