Saronic is hiring an EHS Manager for Manufacturing to build and implement Environmental, Health & Safety programs across their facilities. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with operations and engineering teams.

You are an experienced EHS Manager with a strong background in manufacturing environments — you have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective Environmental, Health & Safety programs that ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to engage with teams at all levels, fostering collaboration and accountability in achieving EHS goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to establish scalable EHS systems that support rapid growth. You are adept at navigating regulatory requirements and have a keen understanding of risk management principles, ensuring that safety protocols are not only met but exceeded.

Your experience in a startup or high-growth environment has equipped you with the ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic program development. You thrive in dynamic settings where you can lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement in EHS practices.

What you'll do

As the EHS Manager for Manufacturing at Saronic, you will be responsible for building, scaling, and implementing comprehensive EHS programs across our manufacturing facilities in Central Texas. You will lead the development of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while promoting a culture of safety and operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to identify potential hazards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Your role will involve conducting regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures.

In this hands-on role, you will engage with employees at all levels to foster a culture of safety and accountability. You will lead incident investigations, analyze data to identify trends, and develop action plans to address any issues that arise. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position.

You will also play a critical role in change management initiatives as the organization continues to grow.
