Who you are
You have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on indirect spend categories such as facilities, IT, and logistics. Your experience includes developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with manufacturing operations, ensuring that all indirect goods and services meet business requirements. You excel in managing supplier relationships and have a proven track record of negotiating contracts that deliver long-term value to the organization.
You are skilled in driving cost savings and improving supplier performance while mitigating risks associated with indirect spend. Your ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments enables you to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey sourcing strategies and supplier performance metrics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
