Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in industrial engineering with a focus on manufacturing processes — your experience includes designing and optimizing warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You understand the importance of integrating both physical and digital systems to streamline material flow and improve overall productivity.
With a systems thinking approach, you can analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement — you thrive on solving challenges that require a blend of engineering principles and operational strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can effectively implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders — your leadership experience enables you to guide teams through process changes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You are detail-oriented and committed to achieving high standards in all aspects of your work.
Desirable
Experience with automation technologies or software tools that enhance warehouse operations would be a plus — familiarity with data analysis techniques to drive decision-making is also beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of Saronic's warehouse and material handling processes — your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our warehouses operate as strategic enablers of speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. You will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to enhance material flow from suppliers to production lines.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to create a seamless integration of physical and digital systems — your insights will help shape the architecture of our warehouse operations, ensuring that they support the overall production lifecycle effectively. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members on best practices in warehouse management and process optimization.
Your role will involve continuous monitoring and evaluation of warehouse performance metrics — you will use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements. You will also participate in cross-departmental projects to align warehouse operations with broader organizational objectives.
