What you'll do

As the Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Saronic, you will be responsible for defining and executing long-term supply chain strategies that support scalable and resilient manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, finance, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into actionable supply chain initiatives. Your role will involve assessing current supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

You will lead cross-functional teams in the development of sourcing strategies, ensuring that suppliers meet performance expectations and align with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing logistics operations, optimizing inventory management, and ensuring that supply chain activities are aligned with production schedules. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance supply chain performance.
