What you'll do

As the Director of Supply Chain at Turion Space, you will define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives. You will build and lead a cross-functional supply chain organization that supports engineering development, manufacturing, integration, and production. Your role will involve establishing supply chain as a key driver of operational excellence, cost efficiency, and competitive advantage. You will serve as a senior leader, influencing executive stakeholders and guiding cross-company decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for building and managing strategic supplier partnerships, optimizing for resilience, performance, and financial outcomes. This includes driving supplier evaluation, qualification, development, and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure that supply chain operations support the timely delivery of complex spacecraft systems, meeting quality and cost targets.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the supply chain organization.
