You demonstrate attention to detail and are capable of training and certifying team members on their job functions. Your experience in managing production teams allows you to coordinate manpower effectively to optimize production flow. You are proactive in stepping in to backfill for the supervisor or team when necessary, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
