What you'll do
In this role, you will ensure the operational success of Saronicβs autonomous systems by focusing on software readiness and system stability. You will work closely with customers, Field Service Representatives, and internal engineering teams to support system bring-up and diagnose issues. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting deployed software, restoring capability when issues arise, and translating operational feedback into actionable improvements for the software teams. You will play a critical role in enabling customer success, keeping systems running smoothly during real-world missions.
