Your experience in maritime operations or autonomous systems is a plus, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Saronic, you will lead the technical execution and integration of our Autonomous Surface Vessel programs. You will serve as the technical bridge between our internal engineering and product teams and our external customers, ensuring that what we build aligns with operational needs. Your role will involve direct engagement with customers to capture operational context and translate their needs into actionable plans. You will work closely with the Program Manager and Fleet Integration & Services Specialist to ensure that our systems are safe, reliable, and mission-ready.

You will be responsible for driving technical performance, managing risks, and ensuring integration readiness across customer programs. This includes overseeing the technical aspects of project execution, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met. You will also play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
