Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in the aerospace or technology sectors — you've successfully led complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Your expertise in risk management allows you to identify potential challenges early and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively across diverse teams — you understand the importance of collaboration in achieving project success and can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external partners is a key asset in your role.

You are detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously — you thrive in environments where you can blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Your analytical mindset helps you assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

As the Technical Program Manager at Skyways, you will be responsible for managing the execution of critical programs that are vital to the development and deployment of our autonomous aircraft. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operational teams to ensure that all projects meet their strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.

You will lead program planning sessions, defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables — your role will involve creating detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.

In addition to managing timelines and deliverables, you will implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues before they arise — your proactive approach will help mitigate risks and ensure successful project outcomes. You will also facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and any challenges encountered.

What we offer

At Skyways, you will be part of a pioneering team that is shaping the future of air transportation — we offer a collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on our mission. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be involved in the rapid iteration and deployment of autonomous systems.

We value ownership and technical depth, providing you with the resources and support needed to excel in your role. As we grow, you will have opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company. Join us in our mission to revolutionize air transportation and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
