You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, with experience in developing and implementing health programs that promote employee wellness. You understand the importance of regulatory compliance and have a keen eye for detail when managing workers' compensation cases. Your ability to guide supervisors and employees through health-related incidents showcases your strong communication skills and commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
You are proactive in identifying health and safety risks and have a track record of implementing effective solutions. What you'll do
As a Workplace Health Specialist at Saronic, you will play a key role in promoting employee health and safety across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and managing the Workplace Health function, ensuring that all health-related incidents are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing workers' compensation cases and preparing OSHA 300 logs to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
You will coordinate occupational health services and provide guidance to supervisors and employees on health-related matters, ensuring that everyone is informed and supported during workplace incidents. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and implement critical EHS programs and training, fostering a culture of safety and wellness throughout the organization.
