What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and ongoing management of Saviyntโs community forums, ensuring they serve as a valuable hub for customer engagement. You will develop initiatives to drive user participation and create a supportive atmosphere for community members. Your responsibilities will include monitoring forum activity, responding to user inquiries, and facilitating discussions to ensure a positive experience for all participants. You will work closely with the Community & Engagement Team to align community goals with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will analyze community metrics to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement. You will play a key role in gathering product feedback from users and communicating insights to relevant teams within the organization. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of Saviynt by enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption.
