What you'll do
As a Senior Community Manager at Duolingo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the community function from the ground up. You will collaborate with the Head of Community to define best practices and establish a vision for a high-impact global community. Your strategic insights will guide the development of community initiatives that align with Duolingo's mission to provide accessible education.
You will lead day-to-day engagement across community channels, ensuring that interactions with learners, moderators, superfans, and ambassadors are meaningful and impactful. Your hands-on approach will help you understand the needs and preferences of community members, allowing you to tailor experiences that resonate with them.
You will partner closely with various teams to integrate community feedback into product development and marketing strategies. By advocating for the community's voice, you will help shape the direction of Duolingo's offerings and enhance user experiences.
