Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience as a Software Engineer. Your coding skills are strong in general-purpose languages like Python, JavaScript, and CSS, and you have experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, and ECharts. You possess deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms, applying them practically in your solutions. You are resourceful and enjoy collaborating with designers and data scientists to bring innovative features to life.
Desirable
Experience working with web-metrics, monitoring, and analytics systems is a plus. You are familiar with backend architecture design and have a keen interest in scaling systems effectively. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to setting up engineering best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.
What you'll do
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Scaler, you will implement brand new features and visualizations from end to end, collaborating closely with designers and data scientists. You will help bring machine learning algorithms into a production environment, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve designing backend architecture that can scale significantly over the next year, addressing the challenges that come with rapid growth. You will work with your team to establish engineering best practices, including conducting code reviews and implementing monitoring and unit testing strategies to maintain high-quality standards in your work.
