You have 3+ years’ experience organizing and developing exceptional events, ideally for a premium B2B organization. You combine outstanding organizational skills with hustle and exquisite taste, allowing you to create an unreasonably good experience for guests. Your high emotional intelligence enables you to understand the commercial reasoning behind event marketing and the power it holds. You are insatiably curious about the world and what makes it tick, which drives your passion for creating impactful events. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are your forte, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

You have worked in tech, digital health, or the healthcare industry more broadly, which gives you a unique perspective on the needs and expectations of your audience. Your background in these sectors enhances your ability to connect with stakeholders and create events that resonate with them.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the event marketing area of the business, collaborating closely with members of the Commercial team to understand their needs. Your goal is to grow Scarlet's brand and create and close more deals through premium, in-real-life events. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing events that align with the company's mission to hasten the transition to universally accessible healthcare. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's exponential revenue growth and help bring the next generation of healthcare to those who need it.

Scarlet offers a competitive salary range of £65k - £85k, along with equity options.
