Overview
Schonfeld is seeking a Director of COO Office to lead business management and analytics for their Macro & Fixed Income platform. You'll partner with Rates & FX PMs to drive strategic initiatives and optimize performance. This role requires strong leadership and operational execution skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a proactive leader with extensive experience in business management and analytics, particularly within the finance sector. You have a strong understanding of investment goals and can translate them into actionable plans for resourcing and capital allocation. Your analytical skills allow you to continuously assess desk P&L, risk, liquidity, and balance-sheet usage, making recommendations that enhance returns and capital efficiency.
You have a proven track record of onboarding new teams and managing their lifecycle effectively. You are adept at coordinating pre-launch testing, market data, and trading integrations, ensuring that new PMs are set up for success. Your ability to serve as a trusted advisor to existing PMs for trading and infrastructure issues showcases your deep understanding of the operational landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a partner to Rates & FX PMs in North America, driving business management and strategic growth initiatives. You will develop and own business plans for various initiatives, continuously analyzing performance metrics to recommend actions that optimize efficiency. You will identify new product or market opportunities and lead the approval and launch processes.
You will coordinate the onboarding of new Macro/Fixed Income PM teams, managing capital allocation sizing, risk limits, and trading-system connectivity. Your role will also involve designing dashboards on KPIs to provide insights into business performance, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
What we offer
Schonfeld offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a dynamic team that values strategic thinking and operational excellence, contributing to the growth and success of the Macro & Fixed Income platform.
