Your experience in counterparty relationship management across prime brokers, trading, research, and data positions you as a key player in the Treasury business. You are adept at using decision support tools and dashboards to drive business process automation, enhancing operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As the COO of Treasury, you will play a lead role in growing and developing the Treasury business at Schonfeld. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers and key departments across the platform to design and deliver on key initiatives and projects. Your responsibilities will include managing counterparty relationships and negotiating legal agreements, ensuring that the firm maintains strong partnerships with its financial counterparts. You will contribute to the design, management, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and investment projects, prioritizing workstreams that align with the firm's strategic goals.

You will also be responsible for cash reinvestment strategies and FX exposure management, playing a central role in the firm's financing functions. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with both investment and non-investment teams will be crucial in driving the success of the Treasury team. You will lead efforts to optimize collateral and balance allocations, ensuring that the firm operates efficiently and effectively in its investment activities.
