You have a strong background in treasury operations and cash management, with a focus on optimizing liquidity and ensuring efficient cash usage across subsidiaries. Your operational understanding of Treasury practices allows you to effectively manage daily liquidity and execute cash management strategies. You thrive in a capital-intensive environment and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with the Treasury organization. You possess excellent analytical skills and are adept at recommending and monitoring cash balances to ensure financial stability.
What you'll do
As the Treasury Manager at Oscar, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury operations, ensuring that cash management activities are executed efficiently on a daily basis. You will optimize cash usage across various subsidiaries, providing critical insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiencies in banking and treasury systems. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Senior Director, Assistant Treasurer, to drive the execution of cash management strategies that align with Oscar's financial goals. You will also be tasked with monitoring liquidity levels and making informed decisions to maintain optimal cash balances.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $97,200 - $127,575 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
