Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy in financial processes, and you are motivated to learn new skills and tackle challenges head-on. You excel in interpersonal communication, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills that facilitate teamwork and effective collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with back-office team members to support day-to-day accounts payable and travel-and-expense activities. You will analyze and allocate expenses, ensuring expenditures are tagged to investment professionals and reconciled across departments for general ledger accuracy. Additionally, you will process invoices using OCR technology, create and code purchase invoices, determine payment timing, and enter approvals in the accounting system. Your oversight will extend to credit-card and out-of-pocket reimbursements, where you will analyze, record, and reconcile all corporate card and employee reimbursement activity.
