Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience in buy- or sell-side roles as a STRAT, quant developer, or forward-deployed engineer — you understand the intricacies of trade-lifecycle and investment management workflows, particularly in equities. Your coding expertise spans the full stack, allowing you to handle data wrangling, REST, and GraphQL with ease. You thrive in collaborative environments, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders across technology, trading, quant research, and risk.
What you'll do
In this role, you will automate PM and analyst processes, focusing on alpha signals, portfolio construction, and real-time risk analytics. You will help build out our proprietary research and risk management platform, creating end-to-end products that include data ingestion, micro-service back-ends, and lightweight front-ends for visualization. You will own the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Balancing long-term platform projects with fast tactical asks will be key, as you break down roadblocks and deliver incremental value quickly. Additionally, you will leverage our proprietary AI setup to create differentiated analytics and help extend the AI platform.
What we offer
We provide a dynamic internship experience with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance. You will be embedded within our multi-strategy business on the trading floor, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving environment. Our culture emphasizes collaboration and innovation, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our technology and analytics efforts.
