Overview
Scribe is hiring a Founding Partnerships Lead to build their partnerships function from the ground up. You'll develop partner strategies and close initial partnerships while tracking their impact. This role requires a hands-on approach and strategic thinking.

Who you are
You have a strong background in building partnerships and are excited about creating a function from scratch. You thrive in hands-on roles where you can lead conversations, negotiate terms, and run pilots to test new ideas. You are strategic and analytical, able to identify where partnerships can create real leverage for a company. You enjoy working collaboratively and are comfortable engaging with various stakeholders to drive outcomes. You are results-oriented and have a track record of successfully closing deals and managing relationships.
What you'll do
As the Founding Partnerships Lead at Scribe, you will be responsible for establishing the partnerships function from the ground up. This includes defining the partner strategy and priorities, building core operating workflows, and determining how partnerships are sourced, tracked, enabled, and measured. You will identify, pitch, negotiate, and close the first wave of partners, owning relationships from the initial conversation through to customer outcomes. You will design partner offers and commercial models that align with how partners sell and deliver work, ensuring long-term economic viability. Additionally, you will run time-bound pilots with partners to test value in real customer engagements and translate successful strategies into clear, reusable playbooks. Tracking partner impact across pipeline creation, revenue, product activation, and expansion will be a key part of your role.
