Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in driving user engagement and product adoption. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers, to bring innovative ideas to life. Your ability to measure and analyze business metrics allows you to validate and refine product roadmaps effectively. You are passionate about user feedback and continuously seek ways to improve the product experience based on insights from customers and market trends.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present product strategies to stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite. Your experience in engaging with users through community platforms demonstrates your commitment to understanding their needs and incorporating their feedback into product development. You are not just a product manager; you are the face of the product, representing its vision and goals both internally and externally.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own one of Scribe's most ambitious goals: converting new creators into champions for document creation. You will develop a clear vision for your product area and iterate on it based on input from customers and market research. Your responsibilities will include driving company-level goals and closely tracking business metrics to validate or invalidate the product roadmap. You will partner closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that every project is executed with a high standard of quality, from ideation to launch.

You will measure the impact of each release and leverage data-driven insights to inform future product decisions. Your role will require you to engage with users daily, whether through community platforms or direct feedback channels, to maintain a pulse on the product's performance and user satisfaction. You will be expected to leave behind the 'feature factory' mindset and focus on delivering meaningful improvements that resonate with users and drive engagement.
