Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, particularly in marketing, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer behaviors and preferences. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, providing actionable insights that drive marketing strategies. You are proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and measure marketing performance, ensuring that every dollar spent is optimized for maximum return on investment. Your experience with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI enables you to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner, making it accessible to stakeholders across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing leads to guide investment decisions based on data-driven insights. You are passionate about fostering a customer-centric mindset within the organization, sharing insights that enhance customer engagement and experience.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytics methods, including sales attribution logic and incrementality testing, is a plus. Familiarity with SEM optimization and customer acquisition strategies will set you apart. What you'll do
As a Senior Data Analyst at SeatGeek, you will own the business relationship with stakeholders on the Marketing team, ensuring that their data needs are met and that they have the insights necessary to make informed decisions. You will develop a holistic view of marketing channel efficiency, leveraging advanced analytics methods to optimize marketing spend. Your role will involve conducting robust experimentation and incrementality testing to validate marketing strategies and improve overall performance. You will optimize SEM bidding strategies to fuel customer acquisition, identifying valuable new bidding signals and understanding their interactions with inventory, pricing, and product offerings. Additionally, you will create custom audiences to enhance the effectiveness of marketing touchpoints, driving customer engagement across CRM, SEM, and social media platforms. You will continue to drive a customer-centric mindset within the organization, sharing insights with leadership that illuminate customer behaviors and experiences. Collaborating with a team of high-performing analysts, data scientists, and engineers, you will contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making that empowers the marketing team to achieve its goals.
