Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in consumer products or e-commerce. You understand the complexities of user journeys and can translate user needs into actionable product strategies. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to create seamless user experiences. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the shopping experience is both engaging and efficient. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate your vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about live events and understand the ticketing landscape, which enables you to empathize with both fans and partners.
Desirable
Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies. You have a knack for identifying market trends and can adapt strategies accordingly. A background in UX design or a strong understanding of design principles will help you in shaping the product vision.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision and strategy for the shopping experience at SeatGeek. You will lead the development of the event page, ensuring it meets the needs of fans while driving business objectives. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate product concepts.
