Who you are
You have over 7 years of experience in Product Management, owning large-scale, consumer-facing products β you've successfully driven end-to-end ownership of complex user flows that have measurable business impact. Your strong data-driven decision-making skills enable you to leverage experimentation and funnel optimization effectively.
You excel at leading highly cross-functional and ambiguous initiatives at scale β your ability to influence senior stakeholders has been key to your success in previous roles. You have a background in marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand delivery products, which gives you a unique perspective on customer needs and market dynamics.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager for the Cart & Checkout team, you will own the entire experience from strategy and roadmap through execution and outcomes β your role will be pivotal in shaping how customers review orders, understand pricing, and complete purchases. You will drive improvements to conversion, revenue, and trust through rigorous experimentation and customer insights.
You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data, Legal, and Operations to deliver high-impact initiatives β your communication skills will be essential as you articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and results clearly to senior leadership. Your vision will guide the long-term evolution of the Cart and Checkout experience, ensuring it meets the needs of customers at a global scale.
