You are knowledgeable about the cybersecurity landscape and understand the challenges organizations face in managing their security posture — this insight allows you to provide valuable guidance to clients and help them navigate their cybersecurity needs.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as it will enable you to engage with clients more effectively and understand their unique requirements. Familiarity with SaaS sales models will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at SecurityScorecard, you will be responsible for managing and growing major accounts — your focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cybersecurity rating services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your understanding of client needs to drive additional revenue.
You will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into our offerings — your insights will help shape the future of our products and services. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position SecurityScorecard in the market.
Your role will involve regular communication with clients, including conducting business reviews and addressing any concerns they may have — you will be their trusted advisor, helping them to understand how our solutions can enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
