What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize the backend pipeline for AI agents, focusing on advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams to develop features that enhance the capabilities of AI agents, ensuring they can engage customers effectively and autonomously. Your responsibilities will include translating cutting-edge research into production-ready features, and you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI at Sendbird.

You will also be involved in testing and validating the performance of AI systems, ensuring they meet enterprise-level demands for reliability and security.
