You have a strong background in accounting with experience in leading teams — your expertise in General Ledger Accounting allows you to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and oversee GL Accounting operations for the Central Region, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant month-end and year-end closings. You will serve as the primary accounting contact for the region, coordinating activities across relevant finance workstreams such as FP&A, AP/AR, Treasury, and Tax. Your contributions will be vital in the centralization and harmonization of accounting processes as part of the group's transformation roadmap.
You will mentor and develop a dedicated team of GL accountants, fostering a culture of performance, clarity, and collaboration. You will also be responsible for ensuring local tax compliance across the region in coordination with internal teams and external advisors. Your role will involve driving accounting consistency and contributing to the overall success of the finance operations at the group level.
