Who you are
You are a Finance Product Fellow with a strong understanding of trading theory and crypto market structures. You have the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear product behaviors that resonate with both novice and experienced traders. Your background allows you to shape user experiences that feel native to the crypto community, ensuring that the AI tools you help develop are intuitive and effective.
You possess a unique blend of skills as a market researcher, trading strategy designer, and AI engineer. You understand how real traders think and what statistics they trust, which enables you to create AI guidelines that enhance decision-making processes. Your experience in the finance sector equips you with insights into what constitutes a successful AI-assisted workflow.
What you'll do
In this role, you will draft AI decision trees and constraints that guide the AI's decision-making processes. You will maintain a living playbook that outlines how the AI should operate within the financial domain, ensuring that it adheres to established trading principles and risk management strategies. Your work will involve iterating quickly based on technical evaluations and user feedback, allowing you to refine the AI's capabilities continuously.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to ensure that the financial strategies you develop are effectively integrated into the AI products. Your insights will help shape the direction of Sentient's flagship product, Sentient Chat, which focuses on providing users with valuable insights into crypto markets. You will play a crucial role in democratizing AI development by empowering communities to create and monetize AI models.
